Shipping Policy

At Sonar Catch Gear, we understand that getting your marine electronics on deck quickly and safely is your top priority. Our shipping protocols are designed to protect your high-ticket investments from our warehouse to your helm.

Order Processing and Same-Day Dispatch

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and dispatched the exact same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day. Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on weekends for tournament season.

Insured Shipping & Signature Confirmation

Due to the high value and delicate nature of our live sonar systems, chartplotters, and trolling motors, standard shipping protocols do not apply. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

To further protect your investment, a direct adult signature is strictly required upon delivery for all electronics and hardware. We do not allow packages to be left unattended on porches, docks, or at marinas.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions, which are outside of our control.

International Shipping

At this time, Sonar Catch Gear only ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the signature requirement.
